7 Common Beauty Problems And Its Solution

Our skin is very sensetive and main part of our body thats we all knows but how can we care our skin. There is some main common problem of skin and their sopution.

Dry skin problem
“Dry skin is a manifestation of the breakdown of the normal biochemical processes that occur in the skin to maintain its proper moisture balance,” Shepard says. Harsh cleansing, the environment (humidity, sun, wind, temperature) and physiological changes like aging and disease are at fault.

Winter weather is a particular offender, Shepard notes, due to the change in relative humidity that comes with colder temperatures. “Water is constantly being driven from the deep layers of the skin to the outside environment,” she adds. “This rate is increased when the air is drier or less moist.”

Solution
Use a mild cleanser Sensitive Skin Nourishing Body Wash and apply a lotion or cream to the affected area one or two times a day. Try Vaseline Intensive Rescue Repairing Moisture Fragrance Free Body Lotion.

Frizzy and Split ends problem

Imagine the protective cuticles that sheathe each of your hair strands as flat, layered roof shingles. Frizzy hair and split ends happen when those shingles are lifted, Shepard explains.

What lifts those shingles? Chemicals used in hair color, highlights, perms and relaxers for one, all of which can cause damage to your hair by penetrating the cuticle (those protective shingles) and reshaping its chemistry from within. The sun is also a chemical culprit, breaking down hair proteins just like bleach. Everyday wear and tear from brushing, styling and heat can do additional damage.

Solution
Condition your hair each time you shampoo it, using a rinse-out conditioner, Shepard recommends. Anti-frizz cream applied before blow-drying and heat-styling helps smooth and flatten the cuticle in the same way. Try Nexxus ProMend Leave-In Treatment Crème, specifically targeted for split ends.

Sweat problem
Sweating is a way for our body to keep its cool through the process of evaporative cooling, says Shepard. This process is similar to the effect you experience when rubbing alcohol is applied to the skin.

The body has two types of glands, which are responsible for sweat. Heat and exercise are triggers for the eccrine glands, which are found on almost all parts of the body.

Strong emotions like fear and anxiety are triggers for the apocrine glands, which are found in select regions of the body like the underarm and groin. Because of the occluded nature of the underarm, the sweat from this area tends not to evaporate well and can increase the presence of bacteria that leads to body odor.

Solution
Try Degree Expert Protection with Motionsense, a formula that responds to your body movement and offers more protection the more you move.

Body odor
One of life’s universally pesky problems is body odor. Body odor is caused by bacteria that lives on our skin and feeds on the lipids and amino acids found in our apocrine glands. “There can be tens of millions of bacteria per square centimeter of the underarm with coryneoform bacteria being particularly troublesome,” says Shepard. To address the issue, you need a product that minimizes the growth of bacteria and delivers a long-lasting freshness throughout the day.

Solution

Regularly cleanse your skin and use an antiperspirant-deodorant on a daily basis. Try Degree for Women Expert Protection with MOTIONSENSE technology or, for the men in your life, Degree for Men Adrenaline Series with MOTIONSENSE technology. The products contain ingredients that keep you feeling dry and help eliminate bacteria, keeping you fresh and clean throughout the day by delivering bursts of protection as you move.

Age spot
Age spots occur when the body produces an excess of melanin, which causes the skin to darken in certain places. This usually occurs after the skin has been damaged in some way, Shepard notes, by factors both genetic and environmental. Sun exposure — especially to UVA rays — will exacerbate this pigmentation.

Solution
Stay out of the sun, she cautions. Also, exfoliate regularly and use a moisturizer with sunscreen that’s designed to even skin tone. You may want to try Simple Exfoliating Facial Wipes, which gently lift dead skin cells; they include pro-vitamin B5 and vitamin E along with aloe vera — known to soothe and condition skin. Plus, Simple Nourishing 24HR Day/Night Cream that nourishes thirsty skin and carries on working for up to 24 hours.

Breakouts
Bacteria is also to blame for acne, when it teams up with dead skin cells to clog pores. The trapped bacteria causes inflammation that results in what we see as pimples. “Acne is more prevalent in teenagers,” Shepard says, “but men and women of all ages can get it.”

Solution
To reduce breakouts, wash twice a day with an antiblemish or antibacterial cleanser, followed by a non-comedogenic moisturizer. Shepard also suggests seeing a dermatologist for more serious cases of acne. Give the St. Ives face care product line a try.

Chapped lips

Your lips are susceptible to dryness because the top layer of skin on your lips is thinner than other parts of your body — especially when you’re braving freezing temperatures and winter winds.

Solution

Try Vaseline Lip Therapy to protect and relieve dry and chapped lips, while locking in moisture to help them heel.

Good Food And Exercise To Keeps Your Body Fit And Healthy

Eat good healthy foods! Carbohydrates are especially healthy for you and keep your body fit. No, don't overload your plate with strawberries, bananas, mangoes and grapes. Just eat a kiwi or papaya after breakfast or lunch and grapes or mango after dinner. Write it down in your schedule: eat some carbohydrates and be proud of yourself.

Don't skip your meals! No matter it's breakfast, lunch or dinner, always have your meals and don't skip them. Your body gets used to the meals and you should follow along. One skip of breakfast, lunch or dinner you might as well say goodbye to keeping your body healthy. The digestion system will get ruined.

There is some food for your good health.

Green beans:

Filling up on green beans, and other high-fiber foods, can help you prevent weight gain or even promote weight loss—without dieting—suggests new research in The Journal of Nutrition. Researchers found that women who increased their fiber intake generally lost weight while women who decreased the fiber in their diets gained. The scientists boiled the findings into a single weight-loss formula: boosting fiber by 8 grams for every 1,000 calories consumed resulted in losing about 4 1/2 pounds over the course of the study. Try it for yourself. If you’re consuming 2,000 calories per day, aim to increase your fiber by 16 grams. Raspberries, chickpeas and strawberries can also help you get your fill.

Salmon:

The omega-3 fatty acids in oily fish—such as salmon and tuna—can boost your skin’s defenses against UV damage. In a study published earlier this year in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, researchers found that those who ate a little more than 5 ounces of omega-3-rich fish each week decreased the development of precancerous skin lesions by almost 30 percent. Scientists think the omega-3s act as a shield, protecting cell walls from free-radical damage.

Blueberries:

Eating just under a cup of mixed berries (such as red raspberries, strawberries, blueberries) daily for 8 weeks was associated with increased levels of “good” HDL cholesterol and lowered blood pressure—two positives when it comes to heart health—according to a recent study in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition. The diverse range of polyphenols—health-promoting plant compounds that include anthocyanins and ellagic acid—provided by the mix of berries is likely responsible for the observed benefits.

Watermelon:

Research shows that eating foods that are full of water, such as watermelon, helps keep you satisfied on fewer calories. (Interestingly enough, drinking water alongside foods doesn’t have the safe effect.) At 92 percent water, watermelon is a good source of vitamin C. When it’s the red variety (some are orange or yellow), it also has lycopene, an antioxidant that may help protect against heart disease and some types of cancer. Other foods that are made mostly of water include cucumbers (95 percent), salad greens (90 percent) and strawberries (91 percent).

Tomatoes:
Eating more vitamin-C rich foods, such as oranges, tomatoes, strawberries and broccoli, may be a secret to smoother skin. Research in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition links consuming plenty of vitamin C-rich foods with youthful skin. The findings suggest that a higher intake of vitamin C from foods is associated with a lower risk of having wrinkled skin and age-related skin dryness in middle-age women. Vitamin C’s youthful effects on skin may be due to its antioxidant properties, which help protect against ultraviolet rays, and its role in keeping skin firm via collagen synthesis, say the researchers.

Do not eat junk food:

Avoid eating your regular junk food which naturally consists of: packets and packets of crisps, sugary food, coca-cola (fizzy drink), etc. Try eating a bowl of salad instead, or eating prawns instead of crisps. And for heavens sake, drink water instead of coke! Water and milk help you be fit and instead, you drink something so unhealthy that it takes away the calories of your bones and sooner of later, you won't be able to move, because your bones will be too weak.

Drink plenty of water:

Water is the main part of our life just like food and exercise is good for our body same water is also important. There are some importance of water.

Water maintain the fluid balance:

Roughly 60 percent of the body is made of water. Drinking enough H2O maintains the body’s fluid balance, which helps transport nutrients in the body, regulate body temperature, digest food, and more.

Water control calorie:

Forget other diet tricks—drinking water could also help with weight loss. Numerous studies have found a connection between water consumption and losing a few pounds   . The secret reason? Water simply helps people feel full, and as a result consume fewer calories.

Water maintain muscles fuel:

Sweating at the gym causes muscles to lose water. And when the muscles don’t have enough water, they get tired  . So for extra energy, try drinking water to push through that final set of squats.

Water help to clear your skin:

Certain toxins in the body can cause the skin to inflame, which results in clogged pores and acne  . While science saying water makes the skin wrinkle free is contradictory, water does flush out these toxins and can reduce the risk of pimples.

Water balance kidney function:

Our kidneys process 200 quarts of blood daily, sifting out waste and transporting urine to the bladder. Yet, kidneys need enough fluids to clear away what we don’t need in the body. Let's drink to that!

Pain prevention

A little water can really go a long way. Aching joints and muscle cramps and strains can all occur if the body is dehydrated

How To Remove Yellowness On Nails

Every lady want a beautiful whiteing nails. But so many dark colour of nail polish makes your nails yellow that can be looking so bad.

The best way to prevent this from happening is to always use a clear base coat before applying your favorite shade of nail polish.

Other causes of nail discoloration can be a fungal infection, chronic liver disease, excessive smoking and poor lifestyle habits.
Yellow nails can be caused by an internal disorder that may require medical care.

Causes of yellow nails?

Using an acetone nail polish remover is also a known culprit in exacerbating the yellow tint. "I never recommend using straight acetone on a nail, ever.  "There's no reason to." Always reach for a non-acetone nail polish remover when taking off your color.

If you’re a smoker, chances are your nails are yellowed from nicotine staining. Yet another good reason to give up the habit!

Another common cause of yellow nails is a fungal infection. Fungus-infected nails can turn all sorts of colors and may also cause other nail issues such as flaking, peeling, and an unpleasant odor. Again, see your doc if you think your nails may be yellow due to a fungal infection. Though there are over-the-counter treatments available, prescription remedies tend to be more effective.

There are some home remedy to remove yellowness from your nails and get whitning nails.

Baking soda:

The bleaching and exfoliating properties of baking soda can help remove stains from the nails.

Mix two and one-half tablespoons of baking soda and one tablespoon of 3 percent hydrogen peroxide in a small bowl. Use cotton swabs to apply the mixture on the stained nails. Leave it on for three to four minutes and then rinse with lukewarm water. Repeat this process every six to eight weeks.

Whitening Thoothpaste

Toothpaste that helps to make your teeth whiter can also be used to remove yellow stains from nails. For mild stains, you can use toothpaste that contains any whitening ingredient including hydrogen peroxide.

Apply a small coat of whitening toothpaste on your nails. Leave it on for five to 10 minutes.
Using a nail brush, scrub your nails gently.
Wash the toothpaste off with cotton balls soaked in lukewarm water.

Repeat the process two or three times per week for a month.

Orange peal:

The high amount of vitamin C present in orange peel will help remove yellow stains from your nails.

Rub your nails with fresh orange peel two or three times daily. Within a few weeks, you will see effective results.

Mix two tablespoons of dried orange peel powder and a little water to make a thick paste. Apply the paste on your nails and leave it on for 10 minutes. Use a soft toothbrush to remove the paste from your nails and then wash them with lukewarm water.

Follow this remedy twice daily for one to two weeks.

Hydrogen peroxide

Hydrogen peroxide has whitening properties that work wonders on yellow stained nails. Be sure to use a solution that is only 3 percent hydrogen peroxide.

Pour three to four tablespoons of hydrogen peroxide into one-half cup of water and mix them well. Soak your nails in the solution for two minutes. Using a soft toothbrush, gently scrub your nails. Then wash with normal water.

Do this once a week for several months.

Tea tree oil

If your nails are yellowing due to some kind of fungus-related infection, tea tree oil is the best home remedy to try. Tea tree oil is a natural fungicide and has antiseptic as well as antimicrobial properties that will help fight infection and restore the natural color of your nails.

Apply pure tea tree oil to your nail beds using an eye dropper. Leave it on for a few minutes, and then rinse it off with lukewarm water. Do this twice daily for several months until you notice improvement.

Home Remedy To Remove Dark Spots From Face

Black spots on face doesn't look good, this is the plain truth. We get the color of our skin due to the pigmented skin cells known as melanocytes. Sometimes, these melanocytes gather in some of the areas of the skin in higher amounts. These areas of skin then become darker or get black and dark spots.
There may be many causes for black spots on your face. Hormonal imbalance is one of them. Sometimes, dark spots are due to some blood vessel deformities under the skin where these black spots appear on your face. However, excessive sun exposure seems to be the biggest reason behind dark black spots on face.
Sun exposure can give you age spots, also known as liver spots, by damaging the pigment-producing melanocytes in your skin and leading to its higher production. The good news is that you can get rid of black spots on your face caused by such reasons other than hormones and blood vessel deformities! While there are many skin cosmetics such as hydroquinone cream, tretinoin cream and azelaic acid cream as well as various skin treatments like chemical peels and intense pulsed light therapy, we are going to talk about the all natural ways to get rid of these black spots on your face. Yes, we would discuss some excellent home remedies for black spots on your face!

Home Remedies to Remove Black Spots

Lemon Juice

Lemon juice has loads of citric acid in it and this acid has great beauty benefits. Citric acid not only helps shed dead skin cells but also lead to growth of new cells, giving you a brighter skin. How to Remove Stretch Marks Fast Home remedies

Stretch mark is a visible lines present on our skin.

The skin consists of three main layers:

  • Epidermis (the outer layer),
  • Dermis (the middle layer) and
  • Subcutaneous or Hypodermic (the deepest layer).

Stretch marks form in the dermis or middle layer of the skin when the connective tissue is “stretched” beyond the power of its flexibility due to rapid expansion or contraction of the skin.

As skin is stretched, the collagen is weakened and its normal production cycle is interrupted and damaged. This ultimately results in fine scars under the top layer of the skin. Initially the marks look pink or red, but over time a thin, silvery line appears on the skin surface and a stretch mark is born.

Stretch marks appear on the skin surface when someone grows quickly, or puts on weight quickly.

Stretch marks can make you feel self-conscious and uncomfortable about your appearance

Sometimes stretch marks can cover large areas of the body. While pregnancy is the main cause behind stretch marks, other reasons can be sudden gain or loss in weight, rapid growth, heredity factors, stress and changes in physical conditions.

These some home remedies to remove stretch mark:-

Olive oil

Olive oil contains a lot of nutrients and antioxidants that help improve various skin problems including stretch marks.

* Massage slightly warm extra-virgin olive oil into the affected skin area. This will improve the blood circulation and reduce the stretch marks to a great extent.
* Leave it for half an hour so that the vitamins A, D and E present in the oil are absorbed by the skin.
* You can also mix olive oil with vinegar and water and use it as a night cream. This will keep your skin stay moisturized and also exfoliate the skin.

Water

Keeping your body well hydrated helps protect the skin from many kinds of problems and also aids in detoxification. It also helps keep the skin supple and restores elasticity.

Try to drink one to two glasses of water several times during a day. Experts say drinking 8 to 10 glasses of water per day is the best way to keep the body hydrated.

It will also make your skin soft and help maintain its elasticity. It is advisable to avoid coffee, tea or soda though.

These natural remedies can help stretch marks fade, but they may not completely remove them. You can always see your doctor if you are greatly concerned about the appearance of stretch marks on your skin.

Cocoa butter

Cocoa butter is also very beneficial in treating stretch marks. Being an excellent natural moisturizer, it helps nourish your skin and reduce the appearance of stretch marks.

* You must apply cocoa butter over the affected area at least two times a day for a few months.
* Another option is to make a mixture using half a cup of cocoa butter, one tablespoon of wheat germ oil, two teaspoons of grated beeswax and one teaspoon each of apricot kernel oil and vitamin E oil. Heat this mixture until the beeswax melts. You can store the mixture in an airtight container in the refrigerator and apply it to your stretch marks two to three times a day. This mixture will make your skin more hydrated and smooth.

Top Healthy And Tasty Breakfast

We all know a good breakfast is very important for us.
Something is very important about breakfast is never skip your breakfast. Here some reasons for this:

1: Eating breakfast makes you lose weight.

Eating breakfast could help fight obesity—and that weight-busting power has been touted for decades. But now newer findings suggest that this older research may have been misinterpreted. One study’s breakfast eaters reported more physical activity and another saw success in participants who changed their entire eating habits as a whole, The New York Times reports. More recent research finds the opposite of what we once believed: that eating breakfast is linked with slightly more physical activity, but not a direct change in the metabolism. For weight loss, the overall type and amount of food, along with your exercise plan, seems to be most important.

2: Breakfast is good for your heart.

According to the same research published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, despite older claims that breakfast is good for your heart health, whether or not we eat breakfast seems to have very little to do with our cardiovascular system.

Here some easy and healthy breakfast you can try it.

Oatmeal

You may have noticed a heart-shaped seal on your box of oatmeal recently. The seal's there because oats contain beta-glucan, a type of fiber that's been shown to help lower cholesterol when eaten regularly. Need another reason to dig in? Oats are also rich in omega-3 fatty acids, folate, and potassium.

Steel-cut oats, which take about 15 minutes to cook, contain more fiber than rolled oats or instant varieties, but any type of oatmeal is a healthy choice. Just avoid the flavored kinds, which can be packed with sugar. Instead, sweeten your bowl with milk and a bit of honey, and top with fruit and nuts.

Bananas

There's nothing like a banana at breakfast to keep those mid-morning cravings at bay. The yellow fruit—especially when they're still a touch green—are one of the best sources of resistant starch, a healthy carbohydrate that keeps you feeling fuller longer.

"Slice it up and add it to cereal or oatmeal," Giovinazzo suggests. "It will add natural sweetness, so you may not need additional sugar."

Thanks to a healthy dose of potassium, an electrolyte that helps lower blood pressure naturally, bananas are a particularly good choice for people with hypertension.

Eggs

These incredible edibles have made quite a comeback in recent years. Once shunned for being high in dietary cholesterol (one yolk contains about 60% of your daily allotment), eggs are now embraced as a healthy source of protein and nutrients like vitamin D. Why the turnabout? Research has shown that the cholesterol in our food has less of an impact on blood cholesterol than previously thought.

"If, overall, you're choosing lean proteins and not eating a ton of fat and cholesterol, then eggs are a great thing to have in your diet," says Giovinazzo. The American Heart Association recommends that people with normal cholesterol limit their cholesterol intake to 300 milligrams per day.

Flaxseed

Sprinkling ground flaxseed into a smoothie or bowl of cereal will turn your breakfast into a gold mine of omega-3 fatty acids; just two tablespoons contains more than 100% of your recommended daily intake for those heart-healthy fats. Flaxseed, which has a nutty flavor, also is rich in fiber and lignan, an antioxidant that's been shown to protect against breast cancer.

Whole flax seeds will pass through your body without being digested, so be sure to buy them ground or grind them yourself with a coffee or spice grinder.

Strawberries

"Berries are superfoods because they're so high in antioxidants without being high in calories," Giovinazzo says. One cup of strawberries, for instance, contains your full recommended daily intake of vitamin C, along with high quantities of folic acid and fiber.

Strawberries are good for your ticker, too. A 2013 study found that women were less likely to have a heart attack over an 18-year period if they ate more than three servings of strawberries or blueberries per week. (Strawberries, like blueberries, are a good source of anthocyanins.)

Cereal

"Cereal can be tricky, because there are so many different kinds out there," Giovinazzo says. "Something with at least 5 grams of fiber and less than 5 grams of sugar is probably your best bet."

You'll find this winning combo in many whole-grain or bran cereals (such as shredded wheat), which as an added bonus are often fortified with riboflavin, folic acid, and other essential nutrients.

Top off your bowl with skim milk and fruit for the complete package: whole grains to fill you up, protein to supply all-day energy, and antioxidants to keep your immune system humming.

Whole-wheat bread

Carbohydrates are a breakfast mainstay, but the type of carbs you choose can make a big difference in the overall health of your meal. The simple rule to remember is that whole wheat and other whole grains—whether they're found in bread, toast, or English muffins—contain more fiber and nutrients than their white, refined counterparts.
