Home Remedy To Remove Dark Spots From Face

Black spots on face doesn't look good, this is the plain truth. We get the color of our skin due to the pigmented skin cells known as melanocytes. Sometimes, these melanocytes gather in some of the areas of the skin in higher amounts. These areas of skin then become darker or get black and dark spots.
There may be many causes for black spots on your face. Hormonal imbalance is one of them. Sometimes, dark spots are due to some blood vessel deformities under the skin where these black spots appear on your face. However, excessive sun exposure seems to be the biggest reason behind dark black spots on face.
Sun exposure can give you age spots, also known as liver spots, by damaging the pigment-producing melanocytes in your skin and leading to its higher production. The good news is that you can get rid of black spots on your face caused by such reasons other than hormones and blood vessel deformities! While there are many skin cosmetics such as hydroquinone cream, tretinoin cream and azelaic acid cream as well as various skin treatments like chemical peels and intense pulsed light therapy, we are going to talk about the all natural ways to get rid of these black spots on your face. Yes, we would discuss some excellent home remedies for black spots on your face!

This alleviates the problems of age spots along with acne scars, wrinkles and uneven tone and texture of your skin. This remedy may, however, give you a slight burning, tingling, and temporary redness. To see whether you can tolerate this acid, test with some lemon juice in your inner elbow skin. If its all right even after 8-12 hours, go ahead with this remedy to get rid of black spots on your face.

Do this:

  • Pour some lemon juice on the cotton ball.
  • Now apply this juice to your black spots.
  • Let it dry off on its own.

Do not step out in sun after applying lemon juice as it makes your skin more sensitive to the sun rays that can further damage your skin.

How to Remove Stretch Marks Fast Home remedies

Stretch mark is a visible lines present on our skin.

The skin consists of three main layers:

  • Epidermis (the outer layer),
  • Dermis (the middle layer) and
  • Subcutaneous or Hypodermic (the deepest layer).

Stretch marks form in the dermis or middle layer of the skin when the connective tissue is “stretched” beyond the power of its flexibility due to rapid expansion or contraction of the skin.

As skin is stretched, the collagen is weakened and its normal production cycle is interrupted and damaged. This ultimately results in fine scars under the top layer of the skin. Initially the marks look pink or red, but over time a thin, silvery line appears on the skin surface and a stretch mark is born.

Stretch marks appear on the skin surface when someone grows quickly, or puts on weight quickly.

Stretch marks can make you feel self-conscious and uncomfortable about your appearance

Simple Home Remedies For Dandruff Removal

Dandruff is a common scalp disorder affecting almost half of the population at the post-pubertal age and of any gender and ethnicity. It often causes itching. It has been well established that keratinocytes play a key role in the expression and generation of immunological reactions during dandruff formation. The severity of dandruff may fluctuate with season as it often worsens in winter. most cases of dandruff can be easily treated with specialized shampoos. There is, however, no true cure.
Dandruff is not an unsolvable problem. The simple and natural ingredients found in our homes are very effective in curing dandruff; and stopping it from recurring.
I don't think you would be worried about dandruff any more.

These are some simple home remedies for dandruff removal.

1. Olive Oil:

There are two ways in which olive oil can cure dandruff. One, olive oil moisturizes the dry areas of the scalp and prevents them from flaking.

Two, olive oil can soak into the thick and scaly areas of the scalp that cause continuous dandruff issues.

Because of this, the scaly areas fall down as one large piece instead of separate flakes. This helps put an end to dandruff as the affected spot can finally heal.

 Remedy

# Before going to bed, massage your scalp with warm olive oil every day.
# Cleanse your hair with a mild shampoo the next morning.
# Make sure you cover your head with a cotton wrap (to prevent your oily hair from attracting dust).
# Ensure the olive oil is just warm and not too hot.

Olive oil, especially when warm, has a better consistency and can effectively treat a dry and flaky scalp.

2. Vinegar:

Vinegar is capable of killing scalp fungus and bacteria. It also helps in treating dry skin and reducing dandruff not caused by fungus. The acid content in vinegar reduces the itchiness of the scalp and dramatically brings down flaking.

Remedy

# Gently massage your scalp with vinegar. Make sure the massage is deep and not superficial.
# You can also add one tablespoon of vinegar in the last mug of water while washing your hair.
# Ensure the vinegar doesn't get inside your eyes.
# The best way to use the mixture is to first boil two cups of vinegar. After letting it cool, mix 1/8th of vinegar to 1 cup of water and use before shampooing your hair.

Vinegar’s acidic content can help cure dandruff more effectively than most other products that ‘claim’ to cure dandruff.

3. Baking Soda:

Baking soda is known to reduce overactive fungi that can cause dandruff.

The baking soda scrub is a mild exfoliant which helps remove dead skin. Excess oil on the scalp (another reason for dandruff) can also be reduced with the help of baking soda.be reduced with the help of baking soda

Remedy

Baking soda helps remove dead skin, and your scalp eventually begins to produce natural oils.

4. Aloe Vera:

Aloe Vera comprises of natural antibacterial and fungicidal properties. It also has proteolytic enzyme characteristics; which means it can break down proteins including dead skin cells. This quality of Aloe Vera helps it act as an exfoliant by removing the dead skin so that it doesn’t appear later as dandruff.

Remedy

# Collect the Aloe Vera gel that is directly obtained from the plant and apply it onto your scalp.
# Leave it undisturbed for about fifteen minutes and then use a mild shampoo to wash.
# Practice regularly for desired results.

Aloe Vera not just helps clean the scalp, but also heals and soothes it. This makes it a perfect dandruff home remedy.

5. Lemon Juice (With Coconut Oil):

One reason for dandruff is the imbalance in the pH of the scalp. Lemon juice takes care of this issue. Its acidity helps balance the pH of the scalp thereby keeping dandruff at bay. Coconut oil contains conditioning agents and anti bacterial properties.

 Remedy

# Mix one part lemon juice with five parts coconut oil.
# Apply the mixture gently on your scalp and leave it undisturbed for about half an hour.
# Wash using mild shampoo.

Lemon juice balances the pH of the scalp with its acidic nature and keeps dandruff at bay. Mix  it with coconut oil for better results and also to make your hair stay stronger.

6. Ginger:

Ginger contains anti-inflammatory properties and can also stimulate hair growth. Ginger, when mixed with oil improves circulation. The active components of ginger like volatile oils help prevent dandruff.

 Remedy

Ginger oil, when combined with natural oil like sesame, can be an excellent ingredient to cure dandruff and promote hair health.

7. Tea Tree Oil:
Tea tree oil originates from an Australian tree, and is known for its antifungal properties. In one study, participants who used 5 percent of tea tree oil for four weeks saw a 41 percent reduction in dandruff. Whereas who used shampoo just showed a 11 percent reduction. Tea tree oil has also been found to work as an antiseptic.

The dried leaves of henna are extensively used in treating many hair conditions including dandruff. Active constituents of henna like tannic and gallic acid, lawsone and mucilage play a major role in henna’s dyeing effect.
