Easy Way To Control Your Body Weight

Our body appearance is the first impression. If our body is not good in shape, our impression looks bad to other person. Its very important to control our weight and maintain a good personality. So big questions is this how can we maintain it.

Fit body is also very important for our good health. So there is some easy step which you can follow properly so you can maintain your body.

Eat less food and Drink more water

Food is very inprotant for us but we neer good food full of vitamins and protein. We need to eat less food, more often. Small meals don't work for everyone, but if you want to feel satisfied (and not starving) all day, then spreading out your meals is a great tactic. Eating five or even six smaller meals can really make a big difference in your energy level and how you feel overall. Larger, heavy meals are harder to digest and often leave you feeling sluggish, whereas you'll feel lighter all day eating smaller meals, and be much more able to control.
Drinking enough water is a great way to avoid eating when you're not really hungry at all. Keep a pitcher on your desk filled with water and an inviting dash of berries, cucumbers and slices of orange to give yourself more incentive to sip.

Eat 5 Times in a day

Eat 5 serving of fruits and veggies a day. Fruits and veggies are about more than just vitamins and minerals. They're also packed with fiber, which means they fill you up. And when you fill up on fruits and veggies, you're less likely to overeat.

Fruits and vegetables – Enjoy whole fruits across the rainbow (strawberries, apples, oranges, berries, nectarines, plums), leafy salads, and green veggies of all kinds.

Beans – Select beans of any kind (black beans, lentils, split peas, pinto beans, chickpeas). Add them to soups, salads, and entrees, or enjoy them as a hearty dish on their own

Whole grains – Try high-fiber cereal, oatmeal, brown rice, whole-wheat pasta, whole-wheat or multigrain bread, and air-popped popcorn.

Don't skip breakfast.

Breakfast is very important for our body its kick-starts your metabolism, burning calories from the get-go and giving you energy to do more during the day. People who skip breakfast often feel so hungry that they eat more later on. So they get more calories than they would have if they ate breakfast. In fact, people who skip breakfast tend to have higher BMIs than people who eat breakfast.

Regular 15 Minutes Exercise

Regular exercise can burns calories and builds muscle — both of which help you look and feel good and keep weight off. Walking the family dog, cycling to school, and doing other things that increase your daily level of activity can all make a difference. If you want to burn more calories, increase the intensity of your workout and add some strength exercises to build muscle. The more muscle you have, the more calories you burn, even when you aren't exercising.

Easy Way To Remove Hair Split Ends Without Cuting Hair

The term split ends refers to the splitting or fraying of the hair shaft. The condition is medically called trichoptilosis and is caused by thermal, mechanical or chemical stress that wears away the protective outer layer of the hair cuticle.

Lack of proper nourishment and moisture can make the problem worse, particularly for those with long hair.

Trimming your hair is not always the preferred solution, especially when you are trying to grow your hair long, you can use some natural home remedies to reduce and control the problem.

Aloe Vera

Aloe vera works as a great moisturizer for dry and damaged hair prone to split ends. Plus, it promotes hair growth and prevents hair loss.

Simply massage aloe vera gel (extracted from one or two aloe vera leaves) into your hair, leave it on for 30 minutes and then shampoo your hair. For better results, you can combine it with one tablespoon lemon juice and two teaspoons castor oil, olive oil or jojoba oil. Do this two or three times a week for a few months.

You can also use natural aloe vera shampoo two or three times a week.

Papaya

Papaya contains protein that helps nourish your hair and reduce split ends. It also adds body to your hair, removes buildup, and restores your hair’s natural shine and softness.

* Blend half a papaya (peeled and deseeded) with one-half cup of plain yogurt until you get a smooth mixture.
* Apply it on your hair and leave it on for about 30 minutes.
* Rinse it out and then shampoo your hair.
* Do this once a week, or at least two to three times a month, for a few months.

Honey

Due to its humectant property (attracts moisture) and nutrient content, honey is highly beneficial for dry and damaged hair prone to splitting and breakage. It works as a natural hair conditioner and moisturizer, making your hair softer and shinier.

* Mix two tablespoons of honey in four cups of warm water.
* Shampoo your hair and then use the mixture as a rinse.
* Let it sit for a few minutes and then rinse it off.
Repeat once a week.

Banana

Being rich in natural oils, potassium, zinc, iron, and vitamins A, C, and E, bananas help restore your hair’s natural elasticity and minimize breakage. Plus, they soften and moisturize your hair, encourage hair repair, and improve manageability.

* Process one ripe banana, two tablespoons of plain yogurt and a little rose water and lemon juice in a blender.
* Apply this banana hair mask on your hair.
* Leave it on for one hour and then wash it off.
* Repeat once or twice a week.

Eggs Mask

Eggs are rich in protein and essential fatty acids that help treat split ends. Because your hair is primarily made up of protein, eggs help strengthen the hair follicles. Plus, they will make your hair smooth, reduce tangles, and enhance resistance to breakage.

You can use an egg hair mask once a week on a regular basis. Brush out your hair first to prevent tangles.

Whisk an egg yolk and mix in two or three tablespoons of olive oil and one tablespoon of honey. Work it into damp hair, leave it on for 30 minutes and then rinse it off. Finally, shampoo your hair.

Alternatively, whisk an egg with one teaspoon of almond oil. Apply on damp hair. Leave it on for 20 to 30 minutes before rinsing it out and then shampoo your hair.

Hot Oil Deep Conditioning

Deep conditioning with hot oils helps restore moisture, which in turn helps control split ends. For healthier hair, regularly deep condition it with moisturizing oils and natural hair masks.

Slightly some heat olive oil, coconut oil, almond oil, or castor oil in a microwave for about 20 seconds.

* Massage it into your hair and scalp.
* Leave it on for at least 45 minutes and then shampoo your hair.
* Repeat at least once a week or more often.

You can also add a few drops of rosemary, sandalwood, or any other essential oil to your base oil after heating it.

Avocado

Avocado works as an excellent deep conditioner to create lustrous locks. It is loaded with protein, essential fatty acids, folic acid, magnesium, vitamins A, D and E, and other nutrients that nourish your hair and stimulate growth. Avocado also has hair-softening properties.

* Mash one ripe avocado and mix in two tablespoons each of olive oil and coconut oil until you get a creamy consistency.
* Apply this hair mask liberally on your hair (avoid the roots).
* Leave it on for at least 30 minutes.
* Rinse it off and then shampoo your hair.

Do this on a weekly basis, or two to three times a month.

Easy Way To Remove Pimples

Pimples generally occur on the face, neck, back and shoulders. Though not a critical condition, pimples can make a person feel miserable due to their appearance.

There are a lot of lotions and medicines on the market to treat pimples but they can take time. Many natural methods are effective in treating pimples within a very short time period.

What are Pimples?

These are skin lesions or inflammations that occur when the sebaceous or oil glands of the skin get infected with bacteria and swells up. Pimples are also known as pustules or papules, spots and zits. The sebaceous glands that are present throughout the skin except in palms and soles secrete a waxy or oily substance called sebum. The sebum helps to maintain the oil balance of the skin and makes it look healthy. When there is any abnormality in the sebaceous gland, pimples occur.

Causes of Pimples

Doctors advise to treat pimples immediately to prevent it from spreading. The untreated pimple can leave scars on the skin that is very difficult to remove. There are many reasons that cause pimples, here are the causes:

Here are the some top home remedy to get rid of pimples fast.

If you wish, you can repeat the process in the daytime also. Just make sure the toothpaste remains on the pimples for at least half an hour.

5. Steam

Steaming is wonderful for your skin at any time, but particularly when you have pimples. The steam will open your pores and allow your skin to breathe. This helps get rid of oils, dirt and bacteria trapped in the pores that can cause infection or inflammation.

Fill a large container with hot water and allow the steam to come in contact with your face for a few minutes.
Rinse your face with lukewarm water and, after drying, apply an oil-free moisturizer. steam should also give a beautiful glow and shine to your skin.

Easy Ways to Get Rid Of Blackheads at Home

Blackheads are very common problem of most of the people. But now the biggest problem is how to remove the problem of blackheads.

Blackheads occur when your pores become clossed with excess sebum (anoil created by the sebaceous glands that keeps skin supple) and dead skin cells. The difference between a black head and a white head is basically whether the pore is open or closed. If the pore is open, the plug of sebum oxidizes as it is in contact with the oxygen in air, making it black.

Here are  some proven and effective home remedies to get rid of those pesky blackheads:

1: Tomato Cleanser:

Rich in Vitamin A and C, with natural antiseptic properties, tomatoes help dry up blackheads. The acidity helps reduce their recurrence while this awesome astringent also helps control excessive oiliness.

Use:
Peel and mash a small tomato. Apply the paste on your face and leave overnight. In the morning, massage your face in circular motions and wash off with cool water.

2: Egg whites pack:

Egg-whites prevent the skin from becoming greasy while keeping the moisture intact. Not only do blackheads miraculously disappear, this simple solution also prevents recurrence.

Use:
Beat one or two egg whites, mixed with one tablespoon of honey. Apply this mixture over the area of blackheads, leave for 30 minutes and wash off with warm water.

3: Cinnamon and Honey Pore Cleanser:

Honey is an antiseptic and helps keep bacteria away while cinnamon powder improves blood circulation. Cinnamon is also an anti-bacterial spice which makes for an aromatic face mask.

Use:
When combined in equal parts, these ingredients pull out everything that is clogging your pores. For best results, use this mask daily till your skin clears up.

4: Honey and milk pore cleanser:

A mix of milk and honey acts as a natural adhesive that removes black-heads from their roots.  Milk soothes skin irritation, reduces fine lines and imparts a natural glow to the skin. Milk has lactic acid that makes skin supple, while honey has anti-bacterial properties.

Use
Mix the milk and honey in equal parts, apply on face, leave for half hour and wash off with cold water.

5: Almond and gram flour scrub:

Rich in Vitamin E and Magnesium, almond helps counter the effects of stress that are the root cause of skin problems. Gram flour removes dead cells, excess sebum and dirt effectively.

Use:
Crush 2-3 almonds to a semi-fine paste with a teaspoon of olive oil, mix with a tablespoon of gram flour and scrub away. While this will rid skin of all the black heads and dead cells, it will retain moisture.

6: Turmeric and mint pack:

An excellent exfoliating agent, turmeric heals scars and reduces oil secretion considerably. Use the non-staining Kasturi variety of turmeric which has great anti-inflammatory properties with mint juice. Mint helps soften the skin and lighten marks.

Use:
Mix a teaspoon of turmeric with some mint leaves. Apply to the affected area, let it dry naturally and wash off with warm water. The fresh fragrance will also calm nerves.

7: Oatmeal and yoghurt pack:

Oatmeal soothes the skin while removing dead cells and soaks up excess oil to improve the complexion. Yoghurt lends essential moisture so the skin doesn’t feel tired or dry.

Use:
Mix oatmeal and yoghurt in equal parts, add olive oil and lemon juice to the mixture. Apply on your face, leave it on for 20 minutes and wash with cool water. This potent pack banishes blackheads instantly.

8: Bentonite clay:

Its molecules get electrically charged when wet, which is why Bentonite Clay does an amazing job of drawing out oils or other impurities locked in pores. When you apply the mask, your skin drinks in all the minerals while the clay simultaneously draws out the blackhead.

Use:
Mix in enough water to form a paste that is thick but still applicable. Using clean fingertips, cover your face with a thin layer of paste and let it sit for 15-25 minutes. Rinse off with lukewarm water and moisturize.
