How To Maintain Your Body Physically Active

Hi! friends. You know that loosing weight is not a simple task. You need to keep doing productive things regularly like eating good food, regular exercise, being motivated all the time etc. There are some simple guidelines, you can say, to do regularly without doing particularly one thing. This can be combined in your day to day activity and you can loose weight also. 


Here are the things you can do to become physically active any time:-

(1) Do Walk:-


You need to do a walk whenever you get the chance. Walk the dog for 10 minutes before and after work. Add a walk at lunchtime. If your office is near to you then you should walk rather than ride. Make a 10 minute walk routine. You can easily add this in your daily schedule. Walking daily will boost your metabolism and heart rate which ultimately helps to reduce weight and stress.

(2) Make A Mix Of the Activities 


You can do different things in a week to keep you energetic and most importantly, motivated. You can do swimming in the starting day of the week, next day you can go for a yoga class, Lift weight in gym at evening or in the next day. In next day you can enjoy gardening. Mixing the activities makes it interesting to do. Doing this kind of mix activities you certainly reduce some fat.

(3) Be Ready Any Time 


You should dress up with comfortable clothes all the time so that your clothes do not disturb you during your activities. Keep comfortable clothes and walking or running shoes in the car and at the office.

(4) Find Ways To Move Your Feet


Take a brisk walk around the parking lot, jog to the bus stop, or ride your bike to the subway station. If you have an infant or toddler, take a long walk using the stroller and everyone gets some fresh air. Take your partner for a dance.

(5) Make TV time, A Workout Time


Watch a movie while you jog on a treadmill or download a video on your phone and watch while you ride a stationary bike. You can also sit on a gym ball or lifts small dumbbells while watching TV. By doing this you can make your TV time a workout time and helps your body to remain fit.

(6) Be An Active Parent


Instead of standing on the sidelines, walk up and down the soccer, football, or softball field while the kids play their game. Do not just sit down and watch your kid's game. Do something which make you move.


(7) Find Support


You can join a walking group, play wheelchair sports, practice martial arts, or sign up for an exercise class in your community. Recruit family or friends for support. Participate in the physical games and make a regular schedule with your friends.




(8) Enjoy The Outdoor Activities


Tumble in the leaves, build a snowman with your kids, or ski cross-country. Visit a zoo or national park and spend time in hiking or boating. A weekend outdoor activity make you feel fresh and reduce stress.

(9) Search Wellness At Work


Find a softball, basketball, or volleyball team at your job. You can also take the lead by starting a wellness or exercise group in your office. You can join health clubs or community.

(10) Enjoy The Work At Home


Put your clothes in the alumina properly, iron your clothes, clean the house, wash the car or bike, or mow the lawn with a push mower. These activities makes you active throughout the day.
