1. Do Exercise Regularly, Every Day


It does not mean that you need to become Hulk. You need 30 to 45 minutes of exercise daily to make your heart rate proper. Do anything which can boost your metabolism. Do not become lazy early in the morning, do exercise which keeps you up. Go to the gym and do something.
